Yashar Djalilov was born on December 21, 1989 in Baku Mardakan settlement.  In 1995 he went to the1st form of secondary school No.183 in Mardakan settlement.He had a great passion for music since childhood and took part in​​ all event of the school.

When studied in the 2nd form he has at the same time studied in the mugam department of the 17th music-school in Azizbayov district. The same year national artistArifBabayev has listened to his voice and he has advised continuing education in the music-school.

Later he has continued education  in the Secondary School of Music named after Bulbul when studied in the 6^th form. He has graduated from this school in 2006. He successfully took part in  “April 23 Children’s festival” during his education in Secondary School of Music named after Bulbul. Besides he has taken part in competitions of mugam organized in Azerbaijan. He has been a student of the national artists Agakhan Abdullayev, Alibaba Mammadov, Zabit Nabizadeh, Gazanphar Abbasov and Sabir Abdullayev.

At the same time he has worked in the child philarmonic society with big willingly during education in Secondary School of Music named after Bulbul.

In 2006 he graduated from SecondarySchool of Music named Bulbul with honours diploma.

During activities he has successfully represented our country in state ceremonies in Germany and The Daghistan republic of The Russian Federation by line of The Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In 2010 he has entered the faculty of world economy of the Derbend humanitarian institute of The Russian Federation.

At the moment he continues education in the 3rd course of the same institute.

He is single.
